A place to slow down and make sense of what’s happening
How can I help
People come to therapy for many reasons. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer make sense. You might not have clear answers yet, only a sense that something needs attention.
In my work, I support adults and older adolescents who are experiencing things such as:
Persistent anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion
Low mood, loss of direction, or difficulty finding meaning
Relationship difficulties or repeating interpersonal patterns
Trauma responses, emotional shutdown, or heightened reactivity
Periods of transition, loss, or identity change
Therapy with me is not about being pushed toward change or given quick solutions. We work collaboratively, at a pace that feels manageable, paying attention to what is actually happening rather than what “should” be happening.
My role is to provide a calm, respectful space where difficulties can be explored honestly, with care and curiosity, so that clearer understanding and movement can emerge over time.
This work is best suited to people who are willing to reflect, engage openly, and take an active role in the process. It may not be the right fit if you are looking for a highly structured, prescriptive approach.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to learn more about how I work or take the next step when you feel ready.
